Choose a plan based on usage frequency

For long-term, continuous use, consider a monthly plan. For irregular usage or data you want to save for later, consider a never-expiring data bundle. This page lists only the prices and rules in the current fact sheet; it does not convert them across billing periods.

Monthly Plan

Light Plan

¥9.9/month

Best for lighter usage, such as web access, text communication, and occasional research.

  • 60GB per month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • 110+ countries / 240+ routes
  • Unlimited concurrent devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund
Usage Limits

This tier is designed for controlled data usage. When transferring large files continuously, watching high-resolution content for long periods, or running high-data tasks across multiple devices, monitor your remaining data and avoid treating the light plan like a high-data plan.

Monthly Plan

High-Data Plan

¥28/month

Suitable for frequent use of international routes, sustained connections across multiple devices, or regular transfers of larger files.

  • 500GB per month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • 110+ countries / 240+ routes
  • Unlimited concurrent devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund
Usage Limits

The high-data plan still resets monthly on the activation date; its data is not retained indefinitely. If usage varies significantly by month and you do not want unused data to end at reset, compare it with the data bundles below.

Shared Service Coverage

Included with Every Plan

Prices and data allowances differ, but route coverage, device rules, platform access, and support channels remain clearly consistent. Compare billing models and data needs when choosing.

110+ countries / 240+ routes

Choose based on your location, target service, and route type. Nearby regions are usually a practical starting point; if the connection fluctuates, try another route in the same region or a different route type.

Unlimited concurrent devices

The same plan can be used on multiple devices without selecting a different tier by device count. All devices share the selected plan’s data, so monitor total usage during parallel transfers.

Military-Grade Encryption

Encrypted transmission is enabled when connecting through international routes, making it suitable for public networks, remote work, and everyday cross-border access. Keep connection status visible in the client and check the target app again after switching routes.

Mainstream Platform Clients

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Clients are obtained through the user panel rather than static download links on the marketing page, so available access points can be checked against the current account status.

Ticket-Based Technical Support

When you need to verify account, subscription, payment records, or connection settings, submit a ticket through the user panel. Include your platform, selected route, and any visible message so the issue can be checked accurately.

Simplified Account Requirements

No email address required; create an account with a username and password. Your username and password are used to access the user panel, view plans, obtain clients, and submit tickets. Keep your login details secure.

How to Choose a Monthly Plan

If you use cross-border access consistently each month and usage is relatively stable, choose between 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB based on estimated consumption. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date, and unused data should not be treated as permanent. For an upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days.

How to Choose a Data Bundle

If usage is irregular and may be concentrated in one period followed by a pause, a data bundle makes it easier to plan around actual consumption. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB bundles remain valid until used and never expire; they do not follow the monthly plan reset rule.

Checkout and Orders

Payment Methods and Process

Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are supported. Plan selection, checkout, and order records are handled in the user panel; the marketing page does not publish a separate payment address.

Alipay WeChat USDT

In the user panel, first confirm whether you selected a monthly plan or a data bundle, then check the corresponding price and data allowance. For monthly plans, verify the monthly data amount and reset-on-activation-date rule; for data bundles, verify the fixed total and never-expiring rule. After confirming, continue to checkout and choose a payment method.

After payment, check the order status and plan details in the user panel. If the status needs verification, do not create another identical order; review the existing order first, then use a ticket to provide the payment method, selected plan, and visible status. For USDT, rely on the information displayed during that checkout and do not copy payment details from chat history or another page.

An email address is not required to create an account; use a username and password. Login details are also used to view orders, obtain clients, and submit tickets. After payment, open the client download entry from the user panel and choose the client for your actual device: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux.

Billing and Refunds

Frequently Asked Questions

The following answers cover resets, upgrades, devices, payments, and refunds. Review the rules before choosing to reduce the need to change tiers after ordering.

When does monthly plan data reset?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Plan usage should be scheduled around your activation date rather than a calendar-month billing cycle. Unused monthly plan data should not be treated as permanent; if long-term retention matters more, compare the never-expiring data bundles.
How are monthly plan upgrades handled?
For an upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, check your current plan and order details in the user panel, then choose between the 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB tiers based on upcoming usage.
Do data bundles reset each month?
No. Data bundles remain valid until used and never expire, making them suitable for users with irregular usage or who prefer to control their own consumption pace. They are not replenished monthly, so monitor the remaining total when using one.
How many devices can a plan connect at once?
There is no limit on concurrent devices. Plans work on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Multiple devices share the same plan data, so choose a tier based on total usage.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are supported. After opening the plan checkout page in the user panel, choose the method shown there. Before paying, recheck the plan name, price, data allowance, and order status.
Where do I submit a refund request?
VPNHV offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, submit a ticket in the user panel and keep the relevant order details. Track progress in the ticket. Refund processing and payment-channel status are determined by the information shown on the order and ticket pages.
